Strong technical background and skills in electronic/optical characterization of nanostructures/nanomaterials and nanofabrication are required. Solid knowledge and experience in design of NEMS/MEMS (including but not limited to switches, resonators, oscillators, etc.) and low-noise measurements is expected. The successful candidate should have obtained, or is in the process of obtaining, a Ph.D. in Physics, Applied Physics, EE, or in NEMS/MEMS and related areas, focusing on experimental research. The starting date can be immediate so please contact as early as you can. The researcher will have great opportunities to closely collaborate with other researchers (including leading theorists in the field) and jointly with faculty members, to interact with and/or supervise students, and also to get exposure to other research projects.
